I have ordered many whiskys over many years, both for my own use and as gifts for friends and family across the UK. I’ve never had any issues, so I’ve never had to us customer service. However, when I recently shipped to the US, the delivery was delayed and when I dealt with customer services I was very disappointed; I found their attitude to be indifferent and ambivalent. Given the charges for the service, that did not sit well with me. So, if it’s the UK, probably 4-5 stars, but for the US a very poor service, and if you have a firm date you have to meet, beware, or order well in advance.
