Fantastic company with a great selection and a prompt service.

rom the moment i arrived the staff were fantastic and made me feel very welcome even though i knew nothing about whisky. Their selection is huge but fortunately I had Vynie D to help me. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable he was great fun so made the experience really memorable. I don't know how the shop compares on price but if i need whisky again I'll come straight here!

Bought this for a birthday present for a rum lover. Often use this site for buying something special as there is such a wide choice. Goods arrive promptly and are packaged to ensure a safe delivery. Can usually source something special and there is such a good description of various drinks that I can order with confidence knowing that the present will always delight.

Great Service. Received a text and email of when to expect my delivery and was able to track so I didn't miss it. Was a bit worried about it arriving in one piece as it was a glass bottle and not a cheap one either! Arrived on time and was packaged excellently.

I have ordered many whiskys over many years, both for my own use and as gifts for friends and family across the UK. I’ve never had any issues, so I’ve never had to us customer service. However, when I recently shipped to the US, the delivery was delayed and when I dealt with customer services I was very disappointed; I found their attitude to be indifferent and ambivalent. Given the charges for the service, that did not sit well with me. So, if it’s the UK, probably 4-5 stars, but for the US a very poor service, and if you have a firm date you have to meet, beware, or order well in advance.
